Sheryl Kambuni
Programme Assistant
Sheryl Kambuni is a Programme Assistant at AJW Africa. She leverages her expertise in psychology, graphic design, research, and program design to contribute to proposals, analyze funding trends, design programs, analyze data, and lead in the creative aspects of client assignments. Additionally, Sheryl applies her background in psychology to the recruitment, interviewing, and placement of individuals in employment, under the company’s Skilling4Export programme. Prior to joining AJW Africa, Sheryl gained experience in various roles. As a Global Citizen x BeyGOOD Fellow (2022-2023), she co-developed and managed a community project that addressed menstrual hygiene management in Kenya. Sheryl previously worked as an English Teacher & Psychology Intern in Alexandria, Egypt. While at University, she served as Student Association President representing the the students’ collective voice at the Board of Trustees, and University Senate meetings. Sheryl received a B.A. in Psychology and BSc. Business Administration at Southern Adventist University Collegedale, Tennessee, United States.
