Anne Wanjiru is a distinguished Recruiting Professional with an extensive background in Human Resource Management and Recruitment, further enriched by her profound expertise in Business Development and Policy and Knowledge Management.

Currently, she serves as the Senior Programme Manager of Talent Acquisition at AJW Africa, where she also spearheads the Skilling4Export program. This initiative is pivotal in bridging the gap between skilled Kenyan professionals and employment opportunities abroad.

Anne brings a decade of experience in HR management, talent acquisition, and project management. Her illustrious career includes key HR, Recruitment, and Business Development positions at prestigious organizations such as the World Council of Credit Unions, Ushuru Sacco Society Ltd, KCB Bank Kenya, and the Mara Elephant Project, a wildlife conservation program.

Anne’s professional journey is marked by significant contributions to each institution where she has consistently demonstrated her ability to lead and innovate.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Anne is passionately committed to volunteerism. She is a fervent advocate for children’s rights and is dedicated to fostering community cohesion in areas susceptible to post-election violence. Her advocacy work reflects her deep-seated commitment to social justice and community

Anne received a BSc. in Communication and Public Relations from Moi University and a Higher Diploma in Human Resources.
